The hotel had a good location near several tourist attractions and also offered a complimentary breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. the hotel had a nice pool area which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.
The room was not up to par. the air conditioning was weak and we had trouble getting our room to cool down to a comfortable temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location down to the harbour was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available at all times. The room amenities, such as the tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and sitting area, added to the level of comfort and convenience. The free toiletries and electric kettle were appreciated as well. The room itself was well-equipped, with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV. The carpeted floor added a touch of elegance to the space.

The pool and bar area were large and lively. The band played great music, which made it quite enjoyable. The menu had a wide variety of food to choose from, especially the local items, which were my favorite. The view from my balcony was quite nice, overlooking either the pool or the sea. The hotel was also conveniently located, making it easy to get around.
The bathrooms in the room were outdated and poorly maintained, with old fixtures and an overall dinghy feel. I also found the reception to be unhelpful.

We loved the friendliness of the hotel staff and their impressive services. The breakfast had a great selection and we enjoyed the view of the pool area and mountains. The room we stayed in had a wonderful view of the harbor. Additionally, the hotel is located near the harbor for easy transportation.

The best hotel in Ternate with great staff, decent rooms, and good food. Huge swimming pool with lovely views and multiple levels. Ms. Fina spoke good English and was very helpful. Impressed with the new local buffet lunch.

This hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the harbor and its stunning views. the room is spacious and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, such as a good bed and a nice bathroom. the staff is friendly and always tries their best to accommodate guests' requests. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from. this hotel offers an enjoyable and relaxing experience, perfect for a family vacation.
The Wi-Fi connection can be poor at times, making it difficult to stay connected with the outside world.
